| Details: | Thursday, Dec 12th Christmas is just around the corner, and Santa is visiting the Alabama Nature Center! Enjoy a sleigh ride, create festive crafts, embark on a nature hike, participate in story time, and snap a photo with Santa after sharing your holiday wishes! This magical day is inspired by the beloved book "Bear Snores On" by Karma Wilson. Session time: 10:45am-2:00pm (program time is 11:30am-2:00pm) $12/student | No charge for chaperones 2.5 hours of program time plus half an hour for lunch. (You can bring a picnic lunch and arrive at 10:45am to eat before the program begins or if you eat lunch before arrival, you should arrive no later than 11:15am to check in. The program will begin promptly at 11:30 am.) *Only children who purchase a ticket will be permitted to participate in the program activities to ensure plenty of supplies are on hand, including visiting with Santa, etc. | |
