Thursday, March 16th - Edible Plants and Foraging 

We'll start the evening off with a light hike alongside our naturalists to find and collect edible plants and berries. Once we get them back to the NaturePlex we will take a closer look at them and talk more about what they are and how they can be used. We'll even use some of them to create a drink or balm!
