ITAC Solutions Win Best Overall at AWF Gulf Coast Wild Game Cook-Off

Fresh Florida Snapper Almondine, Jalapeno Dove Poppers and Moussaka were just a few of the tasty dishes found at the Alabama Wildlife Federation Wild Game Cook-Off and Silent Auction last Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at The BLUEGILL Restaurant in Mobile! Weather was perfect for ITAC Solutions consisting of Tucker Frazer, Coleman Fountain, Bill Moore and Charlie Brown to capture the top prize of "Best Overall," with their scrumptious Venison Dumplings.
 
While WC Cookers won Best Overall, they certainly weren’t the only team serving up good food at the event. Other winners included:
 
Fish Division: First Place – Canton Bend Hunting Club consisting of Allen Garstecki, Forrest Rayford, Robert Cook and Lucian Lott cooking Fresh Florida Snapper Almondine; Second Place – Mobile County Wildlife & Conservation Association consisting of Tom Leatherbury, Jr., Joe McAleen, John Edge and Brooks Hieronymus cooking Apalachee Gar Balls; Third Place – Salty Worms consisting of Pete Gaillard and Tom Gaillard cooking Delta White Shrimp Sliders.
 
Fowl Division: First Place – Wildwing consisting of Bill Wright, Peggy Wright, David Williams and Madison Williams cooking Jalapeno Dove Poppers; Second Place – Delta Waterfowl consisting of Kyle Cornelison, Michael Lacy, Sam Glass and Ryan Wilder cooking Korean Duck BBQ Wrap; Third Place – Canton Bend Hunting Club consisting of Allen Garstecki, Forrest Rayford, Robert Cook and Lucian Lott cooking Duck Pasta-laya.
 
Game Division: First Place – ITAC Solutions consisting of Tucker Frazer, Coleman Fountain, Bill Moore and Charlie Brown cooking Venison Dumplings; Second Place – Fowl Mouth consisting of Jamie Roussos cooking Moussaka; Third Place – OHC consisting of Gregory Robinson, Luckett Robinson, Nick Pronesti and Jeff Barnett cooking Venison Fajitas.
 
Best Presentation went to First Community Bank while Cooper Wild Things won Best Presentation Runner-Up.
