Redneck Shrimp Taco, Bacon Tom Poppers and Tom on a Limb were just a few of the tasty dishes found at the Alabama Wildlife Federation (AWF) / Alabama Army National Guard Wild Game Cook-Off and Silent Auction last Thursday, October 11, 2012, at the BLUEGILL Restaurant! AWF is proud to have BlackRidge Land Company serve as the lead sponsor of five Cook-Offs to help raise funds and awareness for the conservation of Alabama wildlife and natural resources.
The judges had it rough, but in the end the Choctaw Bluff including Lister Crosby, Marshal Shields, Davis McPhillips and Brad Johnson won
Best Overall with their delicious Tom on a Limb.
